All sales are final. With this said, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
Constance is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If international import duties are required it is the customers responsibility to cover it.
In the case we make a mistake we will handle the issue via email. constanceglobal@gmail.com
If we suspect you of filing for a false chargeback, we will notify shopify that you falsely accused us of not sending out your item.
